Many of our sign-up parties still have room for more of us to join in the fun. These include cooking classes, Soulful & Swanky, a family pool party, and a Seinfeld night, to name a few. Do you want to help your kids learn how to engage in self-care? Do you want them to develop resilience and learn how to face challenges in daily life? Do you want them to learn more about the beauty of the world around them?
This July, Soularium Academy invites curious, fun-loving kids aged 8 to 12 to an afternoon workshop about self-care, confidence-building tools, and the healing power of the outdoor world.
The fun-filled afternoon will include demonstrations and explorations of Herbalism… Guided Meditation… Expressive Art… Drumming… Journaling… Instruction on the importance of personal rejuvenation and “me” time… The proven healing effects herbs, plants, and the natural world… And an introduction to the body’s nervous system and how it plays into our feelings.
At the end of our session, they will emerge armed with a personal care toolbox, a journal, and a curiosity about themselves and the natural world.
