The second annual Redstone Leadership Forum will be held in mid-January, convening students, alumni, speakers, and guests in New York City. Student delegates are selected from within the ranks of the Tikvah Collegiate Forum – current campus leaders, strategic thinkers, and models of moral courage and academic success.
They will undertake an ambitious 48-hour agenda:
· Seminars focus on the enduring human dilemmas, the defining intellectual and moral advancements, and the national and religious contributions of the Jewish tradition. Delegates will select from a menu of great essays and speeches, guided by Tikvah’s faculty and guest speakers.
· “Off-the-record” addresses by notable political, intellectual, and business leaders illuminating pivotal issues in contemporary Jewish and American life.
· Career-focused breakout sessions with rising talent and seasoned experts in key professional sectors of American life: journalism and media, domestic and foreign policy, STEM, law, education and academia, and business. Both well-established leaders and prominent young professionals provide practical advice and a model of how to flourish as a Jew and as an American after graduation.
· A strategic assessment of the current state of affairs on campus: we look at the situation on the ground and how Jewish students should respond. Delegates determine best practices for leading and building campus initiatives and debate what it means to “take action,” as well as how to navigate the classroom and potential key allies on campus.
· Live viewing of the 2025 presidential inauguration and lively discussion with guest speakers, expert commentators, and fellow delegates.
· Networking opportunities with Tikvah young professionals: ambitious and morally confident alumni of Tikvah’s college fellowships, eager to welcome Redstone alumni into their ranks.
